Returns & Exchanges

At LadyBoss, we want you to feel confident and empowered in your purchase; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
